DeepFest, an annual event focused on AI, is held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, alongside the larger LEAP tech conference. It aims to explore the latest AI innovations and applications through thought-leadership conferences, sector-specific tracks, live demos, keynote presentations, and workshops.

One of the projects for DeepFest was taken from the branding stage all the way to the execution of event collateral. This work included developing an event theme based on the branding and translating it into an eye-catching animation that would be displayed on the main speaker screen and smaller talk sessions.

The animation, a combination of 3D and motion graphics, was designed for huge screens, spanning over 40 meters in width. It accommodated multiple speakers on a daily schedule and included additional filling animations as needed.
