As part of the Fintech 2024 event, 24 Fintech’s Pitch Competition took the top 24 interested highly vetted startups, from the 80 exhibitors. The project was to create the look and feel for the competition that will be played on the main stage on the last day of the event and the semi-final stage on the previous event days. 

Based on the ideation of the fintech aspect, I used the concept of abstract animated graphics to visually represent the competition’s theme.  It begins with a single beam of light in the darkness, symbolizing a single idea or competitor, before expanding to multiple beams, suggesting growth and competition.  These beams morph into dynamic financial graphs, highlighting the competitive and fast-paced nature of the fintech industry.  The graphics further evolve into pie charts and glass-like structures that eventually form a circle of 12 elements (representing the 12 competitors out of 24), culminating in the reveal of the “Fintech Forge” logo. The overall visual style is sleek, modern, and energetic, reflecting the dynamic and innovative nature of the event.

The animation was adapted to several screen sizes and for different purposes including judges’ introduction video, and Awards announcements.
